Signe Koefoed
In a symbiotic relation to working as freelancer I pursue my own work in solo and collaboration with other artist. My focus is experimental and cross-media orientated involving performance, improvisation, film and installation. I am looking for abstracts and simplifications and the outcome of my work often relates to perceptions of social structures, systems and relations and bases on variations of both orderly and random structures. For the purpose of processing and presentation I co-founded the off-gallery space Die unapotheke in 2008 together with media artist, Balz Isler and in 2010 also co-founded the studio collective DECK3 in Berlin.
